摘要

在高性能、难加工材料零件的加工过程中必须采用智能加工工艺，对加工系统、时变工况进行在线监测，获取加工过程的状态信息。在此基础上，针对实时工况变化采用智能化方法对工艺过程进行自主学习及决策控制，实现高品质零件制造过程的智能决策和自主控制。最大限度地提高加工质量、加工效率，减少或者避免不必要的损失，降低生产成本。
