摘要

随着卫星在对地观测、导航定位、通信互联、科学探索和国防军事等领域应用的不断拓展，其对国家政治、经济、安全、民生等各方面的作用也越来越重要。卫星总装作为其研制过程中的重要环节，直接影响卫星的服役性能和寿命。据统计，总装环节占卫星总研制成本的 40% ~ 50%，总周期的 30% 以上。因而，在保障高可靠性、关键部组件装配精度和耦合特性的前提下，通过提高卫星总装环节的效能，实现缩短研制周期和降低成本的目的成为各航天大国、强国关注的热点和前沿问题。天津市宇航智能装备技术企业重点实验室的建立，旨在面向“建设航天强国”的发展战略，瞄准航天器制造技术的国际前沿，聚焦我国航天器制造过程中对高端智能装备和技术的重大需求，重点解决航天器高效能总装的关键问题，形成标志性原创成果，实现工程应用，为我国从航天大国向航天强国迈进的过程中提供技术支撑和创新平台。
