摘要

通过对内六角螺钉的成分分析和组织检验，分析了其头部镦断的原因。结果表明，原料中存在硅酸铝夹杂。使螺钉塑性降低，造成其头部镦断。

Abstract

The reason of cracking on the socket head screw is analyzed by means of composition analysis and microstructure tests．The results show that the presence of impurities (3A1

) leads to tlle decrease of plasticity of socket head screw and the cracking of its head．
