摘要

运用价值工程(VE)方法对武器装备进行了价值分析。给出了武器装备全寿命费用的分解结构和计算方法。同时分析了武器装备的效能结构并对其效能进行了量化。在此基础上建立了武器装备价值分析的理论及实践模型。

Abstract

Value Engineering (VE) method is applied to the analyze the weapon equipment．The disaggregated structure and calculating method of life circle cost of weapon equipment is put forward．The effectiveness structure of weapon equipment is analyzed and its effectiveness is quentified. On the basis of these studies

the theoretic and practical models of weapon equoment are set up.
