Welding process of titanium alloy cabin of certain product is discussed from the following aspects: deign of welding blank

definition of technological process of welding and machining

selection of welding method and parameters

and design of roller of resistance seam welding

and so on. A rational technology project is laid down in combination with welding test process. The test result shows that the technology project is suitable for the welding of the titanium alloy cabin.
