摘要

对型号技术规范工作进行了概要说明和分析，并指出在型号可靠性系统工程技术规范工作中存在的问题；论述了型号可靠性系统工程技术规范的三维框架、内容和在实际工作中应当注意的问题；最后以某型飞机为例，说明应如何确定可靠性系统工程技术规范的内容和范围。

Abstract

The tasks for establishing technical specifications for model are described and the problems which may occur in this process are identified. Then three-dimensional frame structure of the reliability -centered system engineering （RSE） technical specifications

contents and the problems that should be paid more attention in practice are prsented. Finally

taking one type of aircraft for instance

the method of diciding the scope and content for RSE technical specifications has been depicted.
