摘要

讨论了系统工程与项目管理的区别和联系，指出系统工程与项目管理融合是复杂产品研发项目的要求。提出一种与这种要求相适应的WBS（工作结构分解）模型——PDA-WBS 模型，讨论了该模型的特点，并提出了适应系统工程特点的DWBS 模板；最后介绍PDA-WBS 模型的软件实现。

Abstract

The difference and relationship of systems engineering and project management were discussed. It is concluded that the complex product development requirs the combination of systems engineering and project management. Therefore

a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) model

PDA-WBS

is proposed to satisfy this requirement. The characteristic of the WBS is discussed

and a DWBS template which coordinates with the characteristic of the systems engineering is presented. Finally

a software framework to implementing the presented WBS is introduced.
