Finite Element Simulation on the Deforming Process of Aero-engine Annular Blanks
A three dimensional numerical model of the RAW200/160-5 radial axial ring rolling machine is built based on the finite element method
and then the entire virtual rolling process of a turbine case blank is realized. The simulation results that it keeps good agreement with the practical deforming process
and the real-time expanding of ring is also given out.
