摘要

对典型产品的特性进行了相似性分析，并根据成组技术中的相似性原理对组成产品的零件进行了分类。在对典型产品现有的生产调度方法进行分析的基础上，根据每类零件的生产特点，采用不同的调度方法组织生产，以实现生产线的均衡，提高了生产线的生产能力。

Abstract

Similarity analysis on the characteristic of typical space product is carried out and the group product workpiece is classified according to similarity principle of group technology. Based on analysis on existing production scheduling method of typical product and the characteristic of each sort of product

manufacture is organized by different production scheduling to balance the product line. By applying above measure

the manufacture capability of product line is improved.
