摘要

在给定位移载荷作用下，基于复合材料层合板单钉螺栓连接三维有限元模型，通过编写材料失效准则和刚度退化规则的 ABAQUS 用户子程序 UMAT，实现了未考虑预紧力时配合间隙、开孔形状以及采用不同螺栓材料时预紧力对连接件力学性能影响分析。

Abstract

Under the given displacement load and based on the three-dimensional FE model of single-bolted composites laminate

factors influencing on the mechanical properties are analyzed such as the clearance between bolt and the hole and the hole shape when pretightening force isn’t taken into account and pretightening force when the different bolt material was selected by implementing the material failure criterion and property degradation rules into the user material program UMAT in ABAQUS software.
