Abstract
The high temperature oxidation behavior of Nb
Nb-25Si and Nb-14Si-26Ti- 8Hf-2Cr-2-Al is investigated . The oxidation scale is studied by using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM).
