Rigidity Expression Model Research of Barrel Thin-Walled Parts
The finite element model of thinwalled barrel like parts was established
the multi-factor orthogonal design method and the regression analysis method were used to obtain an empirical formula for calculating the rigidity of the parts. The expression of the static rigidity was obtained only with elastic modulus and geometric parameters of the parts. The expression model would be easy to be stored and searched in the database and to be used to revise the cutting parameters.
