For the problem of the supplier selection decision
a supplier selection method which combines Balanced Score Card (BSC) with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is proposed. BSC is used to primarily select and eliminate unsuitable suppliers
then takes financial
customers
internal operation
learning and growth factors as evaluations criteria of supplier candidates. AHP is used to select the most satisfi ed supplier from suitable suppliers. Finally
a case is presented to illustrate the validity of the method proposed.
