单向加筋的复合材料蒙皮应用领域广泛,为保证筋条与蒙皮的胶接强度和筋条的直线度,研究比较了筋条与蒙皮的共固化、共胶接、二次胶接 3 种方式;针对共固化过程筋条加压要求,研究分析了全钢模、半钢模、全软模 3 种结构,并且对材料的工艺性进行了试验和研究。
The unidirectional reinforced composites skin is widely applied. 3 ways including co-curing
co-bonding and secondary bonding of rib and skin are studied and compared. According to the requirement of rib pressurizing during co-curing
3 structure including all steel mold
semi-steel mold and full fl exible mold are analyzed
and the processing of materials are tested and researched.
