分析了电磁铆接设备的主电路的主要方式的特点,对采用脉冲变换方案研制的电磁铆接设备原理、实现方法进行了分析, 将研制的设备集成到自动化铆接末端执行器中。并进行了铆接工艺试验。
Compared three main circuit of riveting equipment
automatic electromagnetic riveting equipment with pulsed transformer in main circuit is designed and manufactured. And test is done to use this equipment to rivet component of aluminium and composite.
