Research Progress of Predictive Models for Surface Integrity
The types and applications of predictive models for surface integrity are reviewed comprehensively. Analysis model and numerical model used to predict surface integrity parameters on workpiece surface in material removal processes are introduced in detail
including microstructure and residual stress. Some factors influencing the accuracy of the prediction model are pointed out.
