unable to meet the demand of the aviation sector on the drive components. The spline is often regarded as subsidiary components and common connecting parts in China
attracting less attention. This paper summarizes the research progress of decades of domestic and international aviation spline. Studies of aviation spline on failure
lubrication
vibration
wear
misalignment
rotor dynamics and experiment are analyzed and summarized
development trend of aviation spline research is also discussed. This paper hopes to provide a reference for solving the problems of misalignment
lubrication and wear problems faced in domestic aviation spline.
