摘要

针对MBD 技术的深层次应用，论述了数字线和数字孪生定义的概念和应用，指出数字线和数字孪生模型技术实施的重点和核心问题。指明全三维产品研制模式下对产品构型管理的新需求，探讨了基于数字孪生模型的产品构型管理方法和包含产品构型信息的产品数字孪生模型本体表达，为全三维研制模式下的产品构型管理提供了可行的技术解决方案。

Abstract

The concept and application of digital thread and digital twin are discussed for the deep application of model based definition technology. Key points of implementation of digital thread and digital twin are given. The new demands for product configuration management in full three-dimensional product development mode are indicated. The method of product configuration management based on digital twin and the digital twin ontological model are studied. A realistic technical solution for product configuration management in full three-dimensional development mode is provided.
