Verification Experiment Research on Property of 6061 Aluminum Alloy Sheet for Aviation
The characteristics of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet and its application development in airplane were introduced
meanwhile considering using requirement of aircraft
the problem of application in airplane were analyzed. The welded property
formability and compression property were tested. The results show that joint efficiency of the domestic joint exceeds 90%
which is corresponding to traditional corrosion-resisting aluminum alloy
and tensile properties are higher than that of imported material; The producing of large size thin-walled tube is feasible by deep drawing technology under the conditions of reasonable controlling parameters; The dimension of the thin-walled tube can meet the requirement indicated at drawing completely and conform to the requirements of the drawings for the aircraft
whose pressure-resistant properties can satisfy the use requirement
but the stability is slightly lower than those imported material.
