Construction Technologies of Intelligent Pulse Production Line for Aircraft Final Assembly
Aiming at the assembly characteristics and task requirements of the aircraft final assembly
the key technologies of the intelligent pulse production line construction are clarified
and the architecture and components of the production line are put forward. The information systems and hard wares connotations of the production line are expounded. The functional characteristics of the information systems such as assembly production line intelligent perception system are discussed
moreover the composition principles of the hard wares are described. Finally
the effectiveness of intelligent pulse production line for aircraft final assembly has been demonstrated by application.
