摘要

针对采用分段铸造式设计制造的复合材料飞机雷达罩的成型模具，将参数化设计方法运用到其设计中

能够提高设计效率、缩短设计周期。通过分析成型模具的结构特点和建模要求，结合工装设计人员的经验，确定其参数化设计流程。通过分析成型模具各段的具体结构，提取成型模具各段的主要设计参数。基于CATIA 开发出分段铸造式飞机雷达罩成型模具的参数化设计系统。

Abstract

For forming die of composite material aircraft radome which is designed and manufactured by paragraphing and casting way

the parameterized design method is applied to its design

improving the design efficiency and shortening the design cycle. With the designing experience of tooling design workers

the parameterized design process is determined by analyzing forming die structure characteristics and modeling demands. The main designing parameters of every segment of forming die are extracted by analyzing its specific structure. Based on CATIA

the parameterized design system about forming die of aircraft radome of paragraphing and casting way is developed.
