摘要

针对飞机总装生产线的特点和发展趋势，阐述了飞机智能化精益生产线的内涵、智能化的特征，提出了总装移动生产线构建架构及各系统的基本组成。介绍了新舟国产涡桨支线飞机精益化构建的总体需求和一般流程，对构建智能化精益生产线过程中关键应用技术和相关实践应用情况进行了描述。实践应用证明了精益生产在生产线建设中的重要性。

Abstract

According to the characteristics and development trend of aircraft assembly line

this paper expounds the connotation and intelligent characteristics of aircraft intelligent lean production line

puts forward the construction structure of aircraft assembly line and the basic components of each system. This paper introduces the overall demand and general process of lean construction of domestic vortex propeller regional aircraft in Modern Ark

and describes the key application technologies and relevant practical applications in the process of building intelligent lean production line. The importance of lean production in production line construction is proven by practice and application.
