a three-dimensional model of civil aircraft development project management is constructed with five process groups of project management

five stages of civil aircraft development

and nine business areas set under the integrated management mode of R D and manufacturing. Combined with the three-dimensional model level and management requirements of project management

the responsibility matrix of different organizations in project management is implemented

and how to implement the project management work into the daily operation activities of enterprises is elaborated.
