摘要

主要针对内螺纹的精密磨削加工技术，从砂轮截形设计、磨杆研究、砂轮修整以及磨削工艺等几个方面对现有内螺纹磨削加工技术的研究成果进行介绍，分析了磨削的砂轮截形设计解析法和计算机辅助设计法的优缺点；简述了减小内螺纹磨杆振颤和提高内螺纹磨削砂轮修整精度的方法；介绍了内螺纹加工过程中对刀、工艺参数、超声振动辅助磨削和磨削过程中磨削力等方面的研究；总结了内螺纹磨削加工技术的发展现状，并展望了内螺纹磨削加工技术的未来发展方向。

Abstract

Mainly aimed at the precision grinding processing technology of internal thread
