Study on Optimization of Grinding Process Parameters of Monocrystalline Silicon Lens
Aimed at the aspheric monocrystalline silicon lens widely used in the field of infrared optics
the processing technology of aspheric normal grinding was studied. Through orthogonal experiment
the influence of process parameters such as wheel speed
grinding depth and feed speed on the surface roughness and material removal rate of aspheric surface grinding was studied. Through grey correlation analysis
a group of process parameters optimized for the surface roughness and material removal rate of normal grinding was obtained. The results show that
by increasing the rotation speed of the grinding wheel
the surface roughness of the aspheric surface can be significantly reduced
and the uniformity of the surface roughness distribution of the aspheric surface can be improved. Through the grey correlation analysis
the double objective optimization of the surface roughness and the material removal rate of the aspheric normal grinding can be realized
which can not only improve the surface quality of the aspheric components
but also has a certain degree of machining efficiency. The normal grinding method tends to form helix and radial grinding marks on the aspheric surface. The grinding marks could affect the distribution uniformity of surface roughness
so it is supposed to pay attention to restraining the generation of grinding marks.
