摘要

褶皱是复合材料零件制造过程中一种常见的工艺缺陷，这种缺陷通常会对零件的性能产生较大的影响。通过制造含有不同褶皱缺陷的碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料试验件，研究了褶皱角对力学性能的影响，并对含有褶皱的拉伸和压缩试验件进行了有限元模拟。研究表明，复合材料的拉伸强度和压缩强度均随褶皱角的增大而持续降低， 16.8°的褶皱角可使拉伸强度下降 21%，使压缩强度下降 36%，试验结果和模拟结果基本符合。基于试验和理论模拟结果，对于复合材料结构设计，如果综合考虑无损可检性和对性能的影响，复合材料层压板的褶皱缺陷设计容限推荐为 5°。

Abstract

Wrinkles are common defects in laminated composite parts manufacturing

which usually have a large impact on parts’ performance. In this paper

effects of wrinkle angles on mechanical properties were studied by fabricating serials of CFRP specimens with different wrinkle angles. Finite element analysis of tensile and compressive failure of specimens with wrinkle defects was also carried out. Studies showed that wrinkle defects seriously affect the tensile and compressive strength of composites

the bigger wrinkle angles

the lower both tensile and compressive strength. A wrinkle with the angle 16.8° can reduce the tensile strength by 21% and the compressive strength by 36%. The test results match with the simulation results. Considering the detectability of wrinkle defects by NDT and the influence of wrinkles on mechanical performance in tests and simulation

the wrinkle tolerance for designing laminate composites is recommended to be 5°.
