摘要

对热障涂层材料、结构及制备工艺的发展现状进行了综述。重点论述了等离子喷涂、电子束物理气相沉积、等离子 - 物理气相沉积典型热障涂层制备技术的方法和原理，并对不同工艺的优缺点进行了对比。等离子 - 物理气相沉积的沉积效率高，涂层热循环寿命长，可以实现非视线沉积，因而具有较好的发展和应用前景。最后对热障涂层材料、制备技术及性能评价的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract

The development status of thermal barrier coating materials

structures and preparation technologies is reviewed. The preparation methods of plasma spraying (PS)

electron beam-physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD) and plasma spray-physical vapor deposition (PS-PVD) are discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of different processes are compared. PS-PVD has high deposition efficiency

long thermal cycling life of coatings

and can realize non-line of sight deposition. Thus

PS-PVD has good development and application prospects. Finally

the development trends of thermal barrier coating materials

preparation technology and performance evaluation are prospected.
