Research on Scheduling Method of Complex Shell Part Manufacturing Shop Floor

etc. To ensure that the shell parts are completed just in time
taking the earliness/tardiness cost as the optimization objective
a non-permutation flow shop scheduling model with operation sequence flexibility was constructed. An improved genetic algorithm with embedded two-segment encoding and three-stage decoding operators was proposed for scheduling model solution. The results of the practical production cases have verified the effectiveness of the proposed scheduling model and algorithm
in addressing the just-in-time production of complex shell parts. The proposed method also has the potential to be popularized to other shell parts manufacturing fields
