Research on Cloud-Edge Collaborative 3D Printing Based on Digital Twin
针对云制造环境下 3D 打印云边协同的需求,提出了基于数字孪生的云边协同 3D 打印架构,该架构包括云端、边缘端和设备端。通过将 3D 打印机与物联网模块集成,实现了设备端与边缘端双向数据传输;将时间敏感型和隐私敏感型服务部署在边缘端,解决了传统云端化所带来的网络可靠性和隐私安全等问题,实现了云端服务在本地的延伸。阐述了 3D 打印机数字孪生信息模型、数字孪生驱动的 3D 打印机实时监测与控制和云边协同 3D 打印等关键技术。最后通过案例验证了该方案的可行性,为后续云制造中其他制造设备的云边协同制造提供了可参考的解决方案。
Abstract
Aiming at the requirements of manufacturing resources cloudification in the cloud manufacturing environment
a cloud-edge collaborative architecture for 3D printing based on digital twin was proposed. The architecture includes the cloud
the edge and the device. By integrating 3D printer with the internet of things (IoT) module
bidirectional data transmission between the device and the edge was realized. To solve the lack of network reliability and privacy security brought about by traditional cloudification
time-sensitive and privacy-sensitive services were deployed at the edge
realizing the local extension of cloud services. The key technologies including 3D printer digital twin information model
digital twin-driven 3D printer real-time monitoring and control
and 3D printer cloud-edge collaborative manufacturing were described. The feasibility of the solution is verified in a case study
which provides a referenceable solution for the cloudification of other manufacturing equipment in subsequent cloud manufacturing.
