Research on Straightness Detection System for Shaft Parts
By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing straightness detection methods of shaft parts
a new non-contact straightness measurement method is proposed. In this method
several laser displacement sensors are used to discretize the points on several generatrix of shaft parts. The center coordinate of each section is calculated based on the least square method
and the actual axis of the parts is fitted to judge the straightness error of the parts. Based on the above method
a straightness detection system was designed and developed. Through measurement accuracy research and error analysis
the measurement accuracy of the system was within 0.1mm/m. The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of wide application range
