针对产品装配数字孪生模型实时可视化的需求,提出了一种面向装配过程的可视化模型精简方法。首先利用B–Rep 信息建立模型的AAG(属性邻接图),通过基本特征AAG 的图匹配实现装配特征的自动识别;对装配语义进行解析,提取当前装配过程的装配特征;然后采用改进QEM(二次误差度量)算法,优化边折叠误差,实现模型局部精简率的自适应调整,满足实时可视化的需求;最后以某型号发动机机匣装配为例验证了方法的有效性。
Aiming at the requirement of real-time visualization of the assembly digital twin model of product
a visualization model simplification method oriented to the assembly process was proposed. Firstly
the AAG (Attributed adjacency graph) of the model was established by using the B–Rep information
the automatic recognition of features was realized through the graph matching of the basic feature AAG
and the assembly semantics were analyzed to extract the assembly feature information of current assembly process; Then
the improved QEM algorithm was used to optimize the error of edge collapse
which realized the adaptive adjustment of local simplification rate of the model and met the need of real-time visualization. Finally
the effectiveness of the method was verified by taking the assembly of a certain type of engine casing as an example.
