为了提高激光打孔的质量,采用水助激光扫描加工方法对钛合金进行激光打孔试验研究,通过响应曲面法设计试验,研究了各加工参数对孔径和孔锥度的影响关系。结果表明,对孔径的影响程度由大到小依次为激光器电流、脉冲频率和水泵电压;对孔锥度的影响程度由大到小依次为脉冲频率、激光器电流和水泵电压。当优选激光器电流33.6818 A、脉冲频率30.6818 kHz、水泵电压12.6818 V 时,孔入口直径最小、孔出口直径最大、孔锥度最小。同时,还发现水助激光加工通孔直径大于空气中加工,但孔锥度减小了33.2%。
Abstract
In order to improve the quality of laser drilling
laser drilling experiments of titanium alloy by using the waterjet assisted laser scanning machining method was investigated
the effects of process parameters on the hole diameter and hole taper of titanium alloy were analyzed by response surface methodology. The results show that the impacts of hole diameter are the laser current
pulse frequency and pump voltage in descending order. While the effects of pulse frequency
laser current and pump voltage on hole taper are in descending order. When the optimal laser current is 33.6818 A
pulse frequency is 30.6818 kHz and pump voltage is 12.6818 V
