AlNb合金,本文开展了扩散焊工艺参数对焊接接头组织性能与变形影响的研究。结果表明,当焊接温度、压力、保温时间较低时,Ti
AlNb扩散焊接头焊缝线明显,力学性能较低。随着焊接温度、压力、保温时间的增加,Ti
AlNb扩散焊焊缝区新生等轴状α
相尺寸增大,焊缝线逐渐模糊,Ti
AlNb扩散焊接头力学性能增强,焊接变形率增加。综合焊缝界面组织、焊接变形率和接头力学性能,确定最佳的Ti
AlNb扩散焊工艺为960 ℃、5 MPa、120 min,此时焊接变形率为5.4%。Ti
AlNb扩散焊接头组织由B
相基体、较粗板条状和等轴状α
相,以及分布在B
相基体中的少量O相组成,室温及700 ℃高温下抗拉强度达到891 MPa 和464 MPa。
The effect of diffusion welding process parameters on the microstructure
mechanical properties and deformation of Ti
AlNb alloy welded joints was studied. The results show that when the welding temperature
pressure
and holding time are low
the weld line of Ti
AlNb diffusion welding joint is distinct
and the mechanical properties are inferior. With the increase of welding temperature
and holding time
the size of the newly formed equiaxed α
phase in the welding zone enlarges
the weld line gradually becomes indistinct
and the mechanical properties
the welding d
eformation rate of the Ti
AlNb diffusion welded joint increase. Based on the microstructure of the weld interface
welding deformation rate
and mechanical properties
the optimal Ti
AlNb diffusion welding process parameters are 960 ℃
5 MPa
and 120 min. Under this condition
the welding deformation rate is 5.4%. The Ti
AlNb diffusion welded joint consists of B
phase matrix
some coarse lath-like α
phase
some equiaxed granular α
phase and some O phase distributed within the B
phase matrix. The tensile strength reaches 891 MPa at room temperature and 464 MPa at 700 ℃.
