Application of Robotic Technology in Inertial Sensor Precise Adjustment
Inertial sensors are widely used in the field of national defense. However for a long time
the production mode of inertial sensors based on artificial adjustment has the disadvantages of low efficiency
poor consistency and low qualified rate. Through expatiation on the advantage of robotic technology
the idea of making use of the robotic technology to help inertial sensor precise adjustment is proposed. Three typical application cases of robotic technology in ring laser gyro assembly are proposed and analyzed. The application results show that the assembly efficiency
qualified rate and consistency have been significantly improved. In the end
the application effect of robotic technology in inertial sensor precise adjustment is summarized
and the developing trend of inertial sensor precise adjustment is prospected.
