摘要

鉴于国内航空产业迅猛发展前景，不断研究飞机结构件的高效加工工艺方法是提升企业竞争力的重要手段之一。针对预拉伸板类典型飞机结构件加工，提出了基于嵌入式和单元式的反拉工装设计方案，总结了此类方案的高效工艺方案，并对典型零件进行了加工验证，试验结果显示：反拉类通用工装在工装管理、装夹效率等方面都体现出了一定的优势，在航空结构件的加工中具有非常好的推广应用价值。

Abstract

Research on high performance machining plans on aircraft part is one of most significant methods based on the rapid growth of aviation industry. This paper proposes new fixture designs

which are based on the viewpoint of embedded and unit modes

to solve machining efficiency of typical part. A complete solution is given in this paper

and typical parts have been manufactured to validate the feasibility. It can be proved from the experimental results that this new method has a certain advantage in the aspects of fixture management and clamping efficiency

and also has high value of applications.
