Abstract
Under the condition of certain conventional friction welding parameters
the effects of braking time difference and upsetting rate on deformation of NiCr20TiAl/4Cr10Si2Mo friction welding interface are studied. It is found when braking time difference is 0.3s
and upsetting rate is 30mm/s
interlaced friction welding interface is formed
therefore
a new way to improve the tenacity of dissimilar high strength metal friction welding joint is found.
