摘要

建立了一套低功率YAG脉冲激光-TIG电弧复合热源焊接系统，并用本系统对不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti进行焊接，研究了3种热源作用下不锈钢的焊缝熔深。通过引入焊缝有效热输入概念，对复合热源影响熔深的机理进行了分析。

Abstract

A low power YAG pulse laser-TIG arc hybrid thermal source welding system is established

in which stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti is welded and weld enetration of stainless steel under 3 kinds of thermal sources is studied. The effect mechanism of hybrid thermal sources on welding penetration is analyzed by introducing the concept of effective thermal input of welding.
