The dynamic three-dimensional finite element analysis on the assembly process of the interference blind bolt fastening system is simulated by ANSYS 11.0 software. The dynamic finite element model is developed by analyzing the characteristics of the joint
simplifying the construction of model
adopting “ pressure assembly ” method. According to the actual assembly process
the whole assembly process is simulated dynamically by imposing the displacement loads and boundary conditions. The stress plot of interference fit is acquired by running the program.
