摘要

传统的产品定义技术主要以工程图为主，通过专业的绘图反映出产品的几何结构以及制造要求，实现设计和制造信息的共享与传递。基于模型的定义以全新的方式定义产品，它以三维产品模型为核心，将产品设计信息、制造要求共同定义到该数字化模型中，使 CAD 和 CAM（加工、装配、测量、检验）等实现真正的高度集成，不再使用工程图纸。

Abstract

Traditional product defi nition technology

mainly uses engineering drawings

which illustrates geometric structure and manufacturing requirements of product by drafting on papers

and is used to share and delivery design and manufacturing information. Model based definition is a new method completely

with the core of the 3D model. It integrates information of design and manufacturing into the model

allowing the CAD and CAM (processing

assembling

measuring

testing)

etc. to achieve high degree of integration

no longer uses engineering drawings.
