摘要

针对旋压力算法计算值的不同，在新结构立式三旋轮旋压机 SY-50L 上，设计旋压力标定试验和动态旋压试验，用试验数据对比研究旋压力算法，得出适合现有实测数据的一种修正旋压力算法，为设计旋压机时选取旋压力算法提供有效的参考。

Abstract

The results of spinning-force algorithm are different.By the new structure of three rollers vertical spinning machine

the design of calibration experiment and the dynamic spinning experiment are designed to analyze the difference. Statistical analysis of the experimental results obtained for the existing experimental data

and the modifi ed spinning force algorithm selected to provide the effective reference.
