摘要

介绍了在飞机翼盒梁间肋研制过程中采用标准化流程，通过对零件加工周期、工艺方案、机床选择、快速装夹设计、程编参数设计、测量方案以及质量评审等细节的标准化应用，规范了研制中的操作步骤，最终达到了提高数控加工效率和质量的目标。

Abstract

The standard process which is used to manufacture bean-ribs of aircraft wing box is described. It standardizes the operation procedure in manufacture through the standard application about machining period of parts

machine selection

quick-clamped fixture design

procedure parameter optimization

measure method

manufacture quality and so on

in order to achieve greater efficiency and quality of NC machining.
