进给传动系统负责传递转矩和转速,是数控机床的重要组成部分,其传动精度、灵敏度和稳定性将直接影响工件的加工质量。为了保证机床的定位精度和工作的稳定性,进给传动系统需要具备无间隙、低摩擦、低惯量、高刚性、高谐振以及适宜的阻尼比等特点。

low friction
low inertia
high rigidity
high resonance and the appropriate damping ratio in order to ensure its accuracy and stability.
