提出了基于 MBD 的航空产品首件检验方法,以实现三维数字化产品检验,在分析 MBD 技术应用体系的基础上,对航空首件检验标准进行研究,给出了在 MBD 环境下实现首件检验的关键技术,以探讨实现首件检验过程信息化、数字化的难点和关键点,为基于 MBD 的航空产品首件检验系统的开发与实施提供了技术支撑和方法指导。
The MBD-based aviation first article inspection method is put forward
in order to achieve three-dimensional digital inspection. Based on the analysis of MBD technical application system
the aviation first article inspection standard is studied
key technologies of first article inspection in the MBD environment are pointed out
the difficulties and key points in the informatization and digitization of fi rst article inspection process are investigated
technique supports and guides for the implementation of MBD-based aviation fi rst article inspection system are provided.
