通过对 SiC 纤维增强 Ti6Al4V 复合材料的拉伸试件断口与界面观察,研究了 SiC 纤维 C 涂层对基体与纤维元素扩散、界面反应层厚度与成分、拉伸断口的影响。结果表明,与纤维无 C 涂层的 SiC f /Ti6Al4V相比较,有纤维 C 涂层的 SiC f /Ti6Al4V 界面结合强度较弱、反应层厚度较厚,涂层能有效防止纤维性能在复合过程中下降,提高了复合材料拉伸强度。
