根据现代飞机数字化柔性装配的技术特点和发展需求,分析了基于柔性装配的飞机结构设计关键技术,提出了在飞机结构设计时需要考虑的要素,如部组件定位点的选取、工艺分离面的划分和装配开敞性要求、适宜自动化装配技术的结构形式及连接形式等。指出了目前存在的问题与解决建议,为飞机数字化柔性装配技术的实现提供参考。
In view of the development and new demand of digital flexible assembly
an analysis on the key technology of aircraft design based on digital flexible assembly is made
and some new elements are mentioned such as the selection of locating points of parts and components
the manufactural separation surface

structure forms and connection based on robotization assembly. Some amelioration and problems are considered
which provides a direction for the realization of flexible assembly.
