基于模型定义技术使三维模型成为产品设计生产过程中的唯一依据,这一应用必然改变传统的生产模式。文章在基于模型定义技术的背景下,提出了飞机数字化装配工艺设计及应用模式,在该模式下,通过工艺方案设计和详细工艺设计,完成了三维装配指令的构建,从而为装配现场可视化提供了依据。
The technology of model-based definition makes three-dimensional model to be the sole basis in product design and production process
its application must change the traditional mode of production. In the background of model-based defi nition
aircraft digital assembly process design and application mode is proposed. In this mode
through the process design and detailed process design
three-dimensional assembly orders are constructed
which provides the basis for visualization of on-site assembly.
