摘要

分析了复合材料构件数字化设计制造技术的发展状况，阐述了基于全三维模型的工艺设计系统的研究现状。针对复材构件成型工艺设计特点，研究了基于全三维模型的复材构件成型工艺设计系统构建技术，阐述了系统的主要功能和实现方法。在CATIA 环境下开发了基于全三维模型的复材构件成型工艺设计系统，并通过多个构件的工艺设计对系统功能进行了验证。

Abstract

The development of digital design and manufacturing for composites component is analyzed. The research status of process planning system based on 3D model is described. According to characteristics of forming process planning for composites component

construction technology of process planning system for composites component based on 3D model is discussed. The functions and the implement methods of the system are introduced. The forming process planning system for composites component based on 3D model is developed

and the functions of the system are verified by planning composites components process.
