Advantages and disadvantages based on comprehensive analysis of the autoclave and vacuum assisted resin infusion (VARI) have been discussed and synthesized. The new process combined autoclave with VARI has been developed. The quality of product produced by the new process has been evaluated and compared with VARI
including fiber volume fraction and thickness. The results show that the product manufactured by the new process present more excellent mechanical properties and less porosity or resin enrichment. In addition
