Aiming at the problems in the aerospace industry for a long time that curing process causes the size error of composite part prepared in autoclave
assembly with stress and fatigue life is reduced. It realizes the match between the two surfaces by the location coordinates of fiducial points
and presents a arithmetic of deformation modification and a feasible means of correction by the study on the factors and mechanism of composites curing deformation. In the design process of the forming die
a compensation for the surface of the forming die has been carried out
which reduces the trial and amendment work of the die. It can realize the effective control of composites curing deformation and achieve the goal of composites precision manufacturing.
