Research of the Creep age-forming about new Al-Li-Cu-Mg alloy thin sheet has been finished. Through the correlation between performance of the creep tensile test of T8 sheet and the spring rate of bend-forming
the forming character of new Al-Li-Cu-Mg alloy has been discovered. It was impossible to reach the last shape only on the method of age forming process. A new age-forming method based on performing of rolling bend has been extracted. This compound forming method can meet the requirement of complex curved surface part
which can supply reference for the manufacture of new era plane body skin.
